The En’viZhen Project is resource company designed specifically for employees that are working in their life purpose. Our tagline “We care for those who care for others,” is a clear indication of how we see employees that provide vital services such as social work, nursing, education, law enforcement, and many others to our community.
Through our expanded Employee Assistance Program, we envision a world where those entrenched in their life’s work can commit to giving their very best without the stress of what their jobs bring. We believe that we can be the invisible that provides oversight to employers on how to bring out the best in each employee. Through our expanded counseling, health and wellness seminars, training, team building, and employee appreciation events we provide a platform for employees who choose to leave a mark on the world through their chosen profession.
All professions have a story to tell. And we love to share them. While we primarily focus on employee assistance we document each professional’s work journey—whether it is balancing life or being a superhero in their chosen community.
